Andres works as a Legal Fellow at Chamber of Progress. He is currently pursuing a Law degree at Georgetown University, with a focus on Technology, Innovation, and Public Policy. Andres was a summer Associate at the Silicon Valley office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and most recently completed a clerkship in the office of U.S Congressman Tony Cardenas (CA-29).
Prior to starting law school, Andres worked at Google in a variety of roles ranging from business development, content moderation, and product policy. His passion for responsible tech policy and its impact on communities of color began during his time both in the private sector and into his most recent experience on the Hill. Andres earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley and has been living in Washington, D.C., since 2021. In his free time, Andres enjoys running while binging on long-form podcasts.
