
Morgan Wilsmann works as a Public Policy Fellow at Chamber of Progress. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, with a focus on Technology and Innovation. Morgan recently completed fellowships at the Chamber of Commerce and the Glen Echo Group.
Prior to beginning her graduate studies, Morgan worked for four years in the International Development industry. Her passion for responsible tech policy and its role in fostering an inclusive digital economy began after staffing a digital trade project in emerging markets.
Morgan earned her undergraduate degree in International Relations from Tufts University, and has been living in Washington, D.C., since 2018. In her free time, she enjoys playing competitive indoor volleyball on both co-ed and women’s teams in the DMV area.
