Zoe P. Kossak is a 2L at Santa Clara Law. She studied International Relations at USC and received her Master’s in the Studies of Law from the USC Gould School of Law. She is interested in tech policy and the relationship between emerging technologies and the law. Previously, she researched the impact of biometric technologies in Eastern Europe. This fall she is a Policy Fellow for Chamber of Progress.
