Kirsten D’Souza is Coalitions Director at the Chamber of Progress. She has over six years of political and public policy experience, having most recently helped lead grassroots advocacy campaigns for corporate and nonprofit clients at a public affairs firm in Washington, D.C.
Previously, Kirsten served as a Policy Analyst in the Florida State House of Representatives and in the Office of the Mayor in Tallahassee, FL, where she worked on various community programs and initiatives. She earned both her B.S. in Political Science and M.S. in Applied American Politics and Policy from Florida State University.
Kirsten, originally a south Florida native, resides in Washington, D.C., and enjoys exploring the local food and arts scene, skiing, and reading while hanging out with her cat.
