Todd O’Boyle leads technology policy at the Chamber of Progress. He has worked on tech policy for more than 15 years in academia, civil society and industry. Todd previously directed competition, information integrity, and elections for the US Public Policy Team at Twitter.  Prior to his time at Twitter, Todd was a founding member of the Lime Government Relations team, where he oversaw state and local political engagement throughout the Southeast. He also previously served as Deputy Director of Next Century Cities. Todd has a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the University of Delaware. In his spare time, he enjoys weekend hikes with his wife and two daughters.
